Encore

24 Jun

Gut-punch
Regurgitated lunch
Don’t feel like being English no more

False hope
UK’s no longer ‘dope’
But it is ‘a dope’, for sure

Turmoil
Have we salted our soil?
Retreating behind a locked door

Meanwhile
On our British isle
We recriminate encore

Just watched your PM give his resignation speech! Wow. The repercussions have already begun in the U.S., as well.

Yeah – even Slasher Monster couldn’t desensitise me from this nightmare!

A true knee-jerk reaction with all markets sliding down, down. Time to buy. People get too emotional with their money. I’m sorry if you were not for the outcome. However, there is so much to be sorted out. There might be some good yet . . .

Yeah – it’s not about the money for me. It’s about the principle of working globally rather than locally. My view is that it’s a backward, destabilising step.

I gathered that from your earlier sentiments. It is very unfortunate that Cameron didn’t negotiate better and had underestimated the “majority.”
